Hello Everyone! My name is Davis Palubeski, and I am the Academic Advisor for the School of Economics here at GT!

I was born and raised in a small town called Red Bluff, located in North California. I attended California State University-Chico and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Social Science-Career and Life Panning. In 2016, I then went on to complete a Master’s in Education at the University of Missouri (Mizzou) with an M.Ed in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis-Higher Education.

I moved to the city of Atlanta with my fiancé Emily in the summer of 2018. We moved to Atlanta because Emily and I had both just completed our Master’s programs, and Emily accepted a job with the Alumni Association here at GT.

For the first eight months in Atlanta, I worked at both the Georgia Aquarium and Atlanta Hawks Basketball team. These jobs were SO COOL, but I always knew Higher Ed was the route for me! I just completed working at SCAD as a Success Advisor in March and am very excited to be here at Tech!

I love the city and spend much of my free time distance running across different areas of Atlanta. I also love basketball, disc golf, tennis, playing guitar, and finding the new “hot spot” for a good bite to eat.
