Xin Gu is a third-year PhD student in Economics at Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. Before joining Georgia Tech, he worked in Allianz Investment Management SE (AIM) and in the Center for European Economic Research (ZEW) in Germany. He has education background around the world, including China, Germany, Sweden and USA. He received his M.Sc. in Economics from University of Mannheim, Germany and B.Sc. in Management Science and Engineering from Shanghai University, China. His research focuses on Human Capital, Labor Economics, Applied Econometrics.
