Overview
David is a Ph.D. student in Economics and a researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where he studies housing markets, environmental policy, and labor market outcomes. Before entering academia, he served in the military, an experience that instilled a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and public service.
His research explores how economic policies and market structures shape household decisions and long-term opportunity. He is particularly interested in the intersection of housing, environmental regulation, and labor markets studying how these forces jointly influence economic mobility and community resilience.
